Help wanted real estate link directory.

Hi Folks!

It's me the spam guy or ex-spam guy I hope .

I just spent a week restructuring my entire links directory.

What am I doing to my links pages?

1. I have added the directory index to the bottom of my home page to increase its importance.
2. I am eliminating pages with numbers in their titles and URL's.
3. I am re-organizing my links directory and eliminating the word "LINKS" from it.
4. I am adding custom information to each page on my links directory that is helpful for the visitor and make the page more valuable to the search engines.
5. I am getting links from other sites that point to my links pages, such as a link to my Arizona links page. In this way the search engines will see its importance and include it in their search results.
6. I am keeping the number of links on each page below 50 so that my pages do not look like a link farm.
7. I am organizing my links pages in a way that is logical for the visitor and search engines to find information they want.
8. I am organizing my directory so that your link is no more than 3 clicks from my home page.
9. I am organizing my site map so that your link is no more than 2 clicks from my home page.

I am attempting to become a most valuable link partner!

I know that someone out their is going to tell me that my pages aren't indexed yet and have no PR ranking. OK, I give you that, but that may take a little time. I have submitted my new sitemap.xml.gz for the Google spider to munch on.

So the bottom line I would like from all of you is a Grade on how I did and what could I still improve?
