They forgot to make your site look like a geocities site from 10 years ago, make sure to put annoying animated .gifs everywhere too. The cuter the better.

I'd like to sue them for the damage my retinas just received.

I've come to understand that like any field where you have the little guy and the corporate guy, little guy will lose more often then not.

This is just an example that if you have an unlimited budget to buy links, no matter how ugly your site, or how dysfunctional it is, it can still get top rank.

Well... the article was more about improving the user experience and less about optimizing for Google. Though, the two go hand-in-hand in some respect, various factors are weighted differently.

At a quick glance, it appears as though age and link profile are the big factors driving up newhomeconnection. Imagine the results if the site improved on it's usability factors.

That is good, I like that. They forgot...blinking text.

Not that the following site is relevant to real estate, but I thought it was appropriate: We went out to dinner Friday night, Asian, and I go to check out their website, and they've got this blinking text that I can't even keep up with...food was good, I got the typhoon spicy chicken - maybe I could have talked with the owner and negotiated some website assistance for a couple of more rolls.

OMG, I think that typhoonboston site just sparked a migraine!
Money Magazine says that Orland Park real estate is one of the best places to live in the U.S. Check out Homer Glen homes if you're interested in living in the newest Chicago suburb. Next door, Lemont homes are the priciest in the southwest suburbs and have held their value, even appreciating while prices in other areas have gone down.
