Default Google Analytics w/ Template Sites

    Posted - 03/26/2007 : 1:30:28 PM
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Has anyone who has a template website such as Alamode, Myers, vLender etc. successfully integrated Google Analytics into their site? Any problems / issues to watch for etc.?

I have several clients using these products who can't successfully track where the leads generated from their own websites are coming from. Unfortunately the template sites either require the most expensive version of their system or this type of tracking simply doesn't exist.

I'm currently forced into Top Producer.

Most of the template sites allow you to have a header and a footer. Generally you can use HTML code, though it's limited to font styling (<b> <h1> etc) and images.

Currently for Top Producer, I've talked to them. They have no plans in the future to impliment being able to allow javascript in the header, or the footer.

This means that I get to go to each page, and do it myself.
If you're not remembered, you never existed.

I can only speak for REW templates, and currently there is no issue using G Analytics with out templates, just paste the code into your footer.
Starting LEC 7 soon but it won't be called LEC 7 - LEC 2012 coming soon!
