Default Creating a perfect page what would you add?

Hey guys, I am working on this page right now http://www.randbcoastalrealestate.com/panama-city/

And am looking for some feedback.

What does / will this page have?

    Does have
    Unique title, description etc
Header tags for extra SEO love
Unique content for users and search bot fella's
A nice picture to provide some graphical support on the page
Listings specific to the area providing dynamic content
Drilldown by price option to allow further refinement of search

    Will have
Snippet of links to other areas close to this area (Goes under the featured listings)
Drilldown option to refine property type
Icons next to listings for "Map Property" "Inquire" etc
More photos link, going under the thumbnail

So where is the lead capture?
If someone clicks a "details" or "map this property" or (Of course) inquire, they will be asked to enter their information. Standard fair for REW IDX, I just haven't turned it on yet.

So what else would you add to this page?
Starting LEC 7 soon but it won't be called LEC 7 - LEC 2012 coming soon!

I always like a page counter or unique visitor counter on my sites. The link to http://www.realestatewebmasters.com seems to improve search engine performance, too. :-)

Is the property detail page supposed to take you back to the search form and not the area page that I was originally at? I was a little confused when browsing.

Otherwise, I am stoked about having you guys do my IDX and programming work. You are simply awesome.

I can help you find houses for sale in Houston and also write at this blog dedicated to real estate technology for agents. I originally created this Houston Real Estate site and switched to REW - awesome decision.

Using latest firefox. What I did was click on a property in the area page you are optimizing. Then it loaded the listing detail page. I then saw "Back to Search Page" on the top of this thinking it would take me back to the area page, but it took me back to a search form.

It threw me off guard since I didn't get there from a search page.

I don't like the header, it might just be us europeans with these really eye opening headers - but first impressions are key for me.

It also seems very square, but I like the style otherwise. I also like the way you have the images loading when you select the images in the search results, really cool.

Ah I see what you were talking about, it should be more clear (More area listings) or something - will give it some thought.
