    Default Policy and Procedure Manual

Does anyone know of a site that has the basics for a real estate office's policy and procedures manual? I am just updating ours and wanted to look at some others.

I know I saw a basic one somewhere but can't remember where. Have you tried searching realtor.org?
Money Magazine says that Orland Park real estate is one of the best places to live in the U.S. Check out Homer Glen homes if you're interested in living in the newest Chicago suburb. Next door, Lemont homes are the priciest in the southwest suburbs and have held their value, even appreciating while prices in other areas have gone down.

You may have already completed your policy and procedure manual, but if not I am currently working on one for my client. I have almost finished with it and would be happy to share with you the sections I have completed. If you could sent me your Table of Contents I would be able to see if you have information I do not. My email is bobhatch11@juno.com

There are quite a few helpful links on this page: http://www.realtor.org/libweb.nsf/pages/fg112

Here is a link to the "Broker Office Policies Manual" provided by the Arizona Department of Real Estate: http://www.re.state.az.us/AUD/AUD.html
