So I have a regular article I'm writing on overpriced condos in a certain area (Clarendon, Ballston, Rosslyn). I do it about every 3 weeks with funny pics and what not. I've noticed my rew copy of it has excellent rankings.
So when I post another article on these overpriced condos, should I just post a new blog entry (it's own unique and new URL) or to keep playing off the successful rankings of my previous posts on the subject, should I add new content of that post by deleting much of its content and throwing up my new article on that URL instead. I think search engines like pages that are updated regularly. So perhaps I should modify the existing page-- http://www.justnewlistings.com/arlin...ballston/show/
-- when I have an update on this running series.
IF google keeps getting similar articles submitted from me to new URLs seems like it might considered spam....
Your expertise on this excellent questionis appreciated.
