This is my current appraisal site. I do know it has some usability issues, primarly too much scrolling, but go ahead and take a look.

The other new site/company we are working for is the primary reason I'm here, just thought I'd get feedback on this one too.

Your site looks good. very clean and easy to read and navigate.

My only criticism, and it's because of my old, tired eyesight, 11px text is a tad small.

Otherwise I find the design fresh and appealing.

I think it is quite nice, different design and I love the header.

Have a look at your meta tags, they are not completed properly -
