Default Sage Act! Premium 2006 for Real Estate vs. Top Producer 7i

I have been curious on what other contact management systems others are using to keep track of their clients and follow up.

Since 2005, I have been using Top Producer 7i and have been satisfied. I have recently wanted to revisit that decision and take a look at a solution that allows for you to upload documents to contacts for tracking purposes.

Since Top Producer 7i is online, they currently do not allow this. I know Act does. For the real estate industry, which do you recommend as a CMS?

Note: I'm not really that interested in Agent Office, Simplify, or any other CMS. Just Top Producer and Act.

That's exactly why I'm considering switching over.

I hate 12 months contracts. Not that I'm in one; but I logged into TP yesterday and saw that they had automatically renewed my contract for another year. Not to happy about this, of course.

Basically I learned through looking at recent months P&L that I'm really top heavy in expenses and am now in "operation cut fat".

Good operation to be in. Unless you are producing a lot of deals, all of the little things can really add up.

Outlook 2007 Business Contact Manager seems to have a lot of cool stuf... I'm currently looking at implementing that.

Steve, I think its really going to be difficult to find something to beat TP. I love an hate it all at the same time, mainly because it adds up to over 2,000 every year.

However, I have good news. I think REW is working on a CMS. So if we make enough noise maybe that will go on their short list.
