Thank you so much! This is the kind of information that I was hoping for. He's very smart and I have been working overtime for years trying to keep up with his every move. This manuver may be my biggest challenge. He may have finally found the trick that I can't uncover. Let's hope not. My kids deserve more. I really appreciate your help in this one!

You could quit wasting your time chasing him and get your Real Estate Licenses and make some real money.

That's where I was (mentally) when I came across these documents. It's easy to give that advise, but to have lived this is another matter. He didn't pay a penny of child support for 5 months and then I proved that he had received a $47,000 severance check and collected $10,000 in unemployment during that period. I have a special needs child and two others. When you are a busy, working mother and someone pulls this on you, what would it say about me to let him do this to his children. What about college? Do my children deserve a mother that is running herself ragged trying to care for them (he does nothing for them) and support them, while he is sitting on a the kind of money that I suspect? I have a new understanding of why so many children of divorce don't do so well. I'm living it. He is also scamming his family. When I told them that he wasn't paying child support, he went into a public depression about his poverty that made them think that he may be on the verge of suicide. Do they deserve to be scammed like this? Sorry for 'too much information', but until you are the vicim of someone like this, it's hard to understand what it does to a family.

The answer you seek is found in the documents your have already obtained. Obtain them via a legal method and they are admissible. Ask your attorney to obtain these documents via her own method of discovery. She (or he) should be wise enough to determine the correct course to undertake in order to obtain the information legally.

    Good luck!

I have already subpoened him with real estate contracts as one of the listed items requested. He not only did not respond with any, he testified under oath several times that he did not have his name on any real estate contracts. So, he committed freud against the court. Now I have to find a was to come across this information in another way.

He did not commit "fraud" by telling a lie in court, if this is so. When a person lies in court, it is called, "perjury."

I'd highly advised you to seek competent legal counsel. Your counsel should be the one to determine the documents needed to prove your case, and develop the strategy how to obtain these documents.

A doctor who treats herself usually has a fool for a patient.

Between you and me, I've been in a place very much like your own. I don't want to sound too brassy, but dealings such as these require someone with professional objective calmness to deal effectively to obtain the objective. Trust can be difficult to develop once experiencing such an life event. I know only so well. But please, seek legal counsel experienced in such matters and let them do their work. Women shelter resources usually have resource lists of excellent attorneys who are well experienced for what you may need.

    Best of luck.

You are right, I need to contact an attorney. My problem is that it is a very costly venture and I am in no position to be able to handle a bill like that. I'm still paying off the attorney from when he dropped my kids medical insurance and got catastrophic (I have a type 1 diabetic son), dropped his life insurance, didn't pay child support on his bonuses, wouldn't reimburse me for his half of the medical bills and education costs, ect. When I mentioned 'frued against the court', I was referring to the fact that his response to the subpoena was entered minus all of the real estate contracts. Once he entered his response with the clerk, he committed freud against the court. Thanks for your support. I hope that everything has worked out for you.

Karen - Once again I'd urge you to at least speak with an attorney. Taking ads out in the local paper(s) might seem like a great idea, but they could well land YOU in court for LIBEL. Be very careful following this line of action ......
