    Hi everyone,

I just thought I'd drop in and share some information with you.

I've been designing websites for the past 12 years and got my real estate license a little over 2 years ago because I realized the potential the combination of being web-savvy and a licensed agent could have.

I've very familiar with SEO as well as properly testing different things on my sites for optimum conversion.

I spent about 3 weeks researching programs that would help automate the follow-up process without giving the leads the impression that they were receiving drip emails.

I initially signed up with leads360.com which did almost everything I was looking for, however, there were several things that it didn't do properly and forced me to look even further. (the major complaint with leads360.com is that their mail server is blacklisted by Yahoo and Hotmail...these accounted for about 40% of my leads.)

I just recently (4 days ago) signed up for InfusionCRM. (Infusioncrm.com - not affiliated with them nor is this an affiliate link)

This program will do everything you've described in this thread and then some. It is absolutely the best program out there, however, it has a very expensive license fee of $5,000. The monthly fees are around $299 for up to 5 users.

If you visit their website, you can view several videos which show you just how powerful their system is. What I like about it is that it also includes a shopping cart, affiliate program module, invoicing module, accounts receivable module, etc. (As a web-savvy person, I also have several other online businesses and I will be able to use this program with many of them.)

I'll be spending the next several weeks learning to fully use this system to its full potential. If you'd like to get in touch with me to find out what else I learn about it, please send me an email and let me know.

When buying my license, I was told that I can add additional users under my license who would then be able to either share my campaigns or create their own campaigns which are completely independant of other users on my license. Again, I'm just learning this program, so I don't know exactly how this would all work yet.

Folks using client gateway and looking for phone numbers. This is a numbers game at first. I have had good luck telling people about the customized website I can set up for them and just ask for a first name and generic email. People who are reluctant to give out information will give what I ask. It is like fishing. Put the bait in the water and wait for a hit.
