    Trulia is keyword stuffing. I am suprised google allows them to get away with that crap. Look at the bottam of this page. http://www[dot]trulia[dot]com/real_estate/Brian_Head-Utah/.

    I'm tired of reading Brian Head, sheesh!

    I see that. Want to see something even worse? Look at my association's home page - now THAT'S keyword stuffing. That why I know I can pass em', I know it.

    I can help you find houses for sale in Houston and also write at this blog dedicated to real estate technology for agents. I originally created this Houston Real Estate site and switched to REW - awesome decision.

    Trulia has been a hot topic lately. Ryan has written a couple blogs about them and we had a good thread about it here;

    It's a topic that I get a little fired up about and I believe as a group we can make a difference in our industry. So I wrote a blog at activerain about Trulia also and we are getting their attention, Kelly Roark with Trulia responded as she did on Ryans.

    Sam added his 2 cents, I encourage others to do the same. I'm not sure she has seen our posts here, but she is watching them at activerain. Let her know how you feel.

    Very Hot Topic, I recently read some interesting views on Zillow, Trulia on activerain blog

    http://activerain.com/blogsview/70195/Zillow-Tolerance

    Why would anyone want to create additional work for themselves. My complaint is why should agents need to post listings on hundreds of sites craigslist, trulia, zillow, point2agent, and many more and more on the way to get their listings in front of buyers? I would be happy with one central MLS that feeds into all these secondary sites. If you are an agent that lists multiple properties per month or per week for that matter, you don't have the time to enter listing information into dozens of different sites that may or may not capture the audience you are marketing toward. Some of these sites claim to be National, but only have local presence. Each case is unique, but ulimately creating more work for agents and taking more of agents business. Do you want a buyer searching your site that feeds into a central MLS database with access to all properties or a competitor's website? Ultimately, all these types of sites (with their deep pockets and endless inbound links from other agent sites) will occupy all the SE 1st page results and realtor/broker sites will be pushed aside to second page, third page....losing volume, business, and in the end money!
