Very nice. I just added our new blog today, but I'm really unsure of how to use Technorati. Is it like Delicious? Is it JUST for blogs?

I justed "favored" you...is that what you meant by bookmarking? I'm currently at 89,740. Seems incoming links impact the technorati rank the most.

Yep, your rank goes up (well, towards #1) the more links you have coming in from other blogs. I believe the "favorites" is more like Del.icio.us but I could be wrong.
In my experience, the actual traffic coming through Technorati is negligible - I have a non-real estate blog ranked around 54,000 and I rarely see much traffic straight from Technorati - but it's a great tool to find related blogs in your niche which you can then build relationships and links with.
