I actually use it a little different. I use it more to integrate into my site. It's probably because of the cms I'm using but I'm able to create a mini youtube on my site dedicated to real estate:
http://www.overseas-property.ie/property-tv/
The plan is to conduct video interviews with people in the industry an get their opinions on different markets.
Also I use the video in my listings as well like this:

Why not just upload your virtual tour to youtube?
I personally have not done this yet but I am sure that there are virtual tour comapnies that will upload it for you.
If you are looking for San Diego Real Estate or you want to view San Diego MLS listings (or at least that portion of the data feed that SANDICOR allows us to display on our websites) go to a local San Diego County real estate Agent's Site.

I like what some of you guys are doing with YouTube. Something else to keep in mind and you may want to consider is that the new Iphones can play YouTube videos on them and while I can't verify how many Iphones have been sold, I think it is in the range of over 700,000 so far. (Verified -- .usatoday.com/tech/wireless/phones/2007-07-03-iphone-tech_N.htm)
If used and marketed correctly, That can be pretty powerful marketing for your listings if you use short Youtube clips. I don't think it will be too long before many more phones easily use this capability.

Wow. This thread makes me feel old. When I first got my license, it was "cutting edge" to think about having a real estate website at all. Technology is advancing so rapidly these days. I know that it has really been an exponential effect over the past several years.
I love some of the ideas here, but I guess I only have so much time in the day to learn how to implement them effectively.
Why not upload to Realtor.com? They now have a "video upload" for all enhanced listings. That's where CUSTOMERS are searching for real estate, not YouTube, where kids are exploding Mentos and Yuma Yuma dances.
That's original.

For domestic listings in the U.S. realtor.com would be the way to go. For anyone outside the u.s. that deals in International Real Estate , youtube has country specific sites.
