I heard from a few companies that they have not been receiving BPO's from EMC, what is the story there, anyone aware?

I don't think they are merging, but have noticed that they are outsourcing now to at least one asset management company. You can go to www.iasreo.com and sign up with them. I've got a couple of EMC listings from them.
