% Of Leads from website?

Hello Everyone,

I am interested in people sharing what percentage of their leads are coming from there Real Estate Website or Websites as compared to other lead generation sources? For me it is currently 0% since my site is not up yet but my other lead generation is not exactly burning up any charts right now either so I am hopeful once I have it up and start running some PPC's that I do start generating some leads through it.

If you have multiple sites which of your sites is doing the best for you at generating leads, what type of site is it I guess I am trying to say.

Right now i am only doing websites, but i am getting about 20 forms a day filled out. My site rank alright for long tails. I am sure it will get better when i rank better for major keywords.

On that note, i talked about it before but my leads are fixing to take off, i just signed a deal with a loacl delevloper to put out 350,000 flyers over 3 or 4 months. They will all be directed to my office and they will pay for 66% of it. They will also be giving away gifts to people that close. It is a great thing right into the selling season.

I wish we could do that here NuHomeSource, but as NJ is a no inducement state they would probably have my license just for being involved with it. They are strict on the small things.

but that sounds great. Will the flyers have your web address on it as well as other things about your or your picture?

GREAT Mike, that's a lot of direct mail. We are doing 30k pieces and I though we were doing good.

That really is alot of direct mail. I am only doing 1k but am doing it every 2 weeks and have been doing so for the last 3 months. It has not generated anything as far as business goes, but is has built name and face recognition in the area I am hitting with it. It is the kind of area where you have a mix of people, probably 50% moved in within the last 10 years, and the other 50% moved in more than 20 years ago. I have done a door knocking campain now and just my rough guess is that 25% of the home owners I am marketing to are 65 years or older, and another 25% are between 50 and 65 years old. The other interesting statisic is that probably 30% of the people I am marketing to bought their home from the builder when this area was being built back in the 60's, 70's, & 80's

mine isnt direct mail, we are hand delivering these to the door, We have a company that is doing it. They will be putting out 4000 a day 20,000 a week is what i think it broke down to. I just hope i get 1% to call.

Does any one know the average people that close out of the 1% that call.

Every person will get the flyer 1 time, i think every 3 weeks.

Jim, if you don't have a site focus on getting listings. Sign calls are still the best leads. Not to mention with all the listings you'll get a lot of traffic from realtor.com.
