there is always Google's Orkut, forgot to add to list. I use Orkut, similar to myspace, not as large, but have over 52,000,000 members. Great place to connect with other local real estate professionals.

Facebook has been around for awhile, but they used to require a college email address in order to register. I have an alumni address, so I registered when it came out a few years ago and checked it out seldomly. Ever since they let the general public register a few months ago, my network and participation has increased ten-fold.

I've found that you can get a lot of eyes to your website or message, through the power of participating in legitimate groups.
