I am currently evaluating 1031 TIC/NNN sponsor companies that specialize in Class A Institutional assets. Has anyone made such an investment? Willing to share your experience with me? Have a company to recommend? Specifically, has anyone had any dealings with any of the following companies: Alexander Partners (S.F.), SCI Real Estate Investments (L.A.), or Westwood Net Lease Advisors (St. Louis)? Any advice about the wisdom of this kind of investment strategy over direct purchase & ownership of a Class A $1.25m commercial NNN property? What about choosing a market in which to invest? What cities face good appreciation potential?
