Great job. It is nice to read about something other than backlinks and serps sometimes!

Quality direct mail is a key part of our business. We can generate tons of buyers with our websites, but we have to keep mailing to get those listing opportunities and have a well rounded business. I have been guilty of slacking off over the years with the direct mail, and it is a costly mistake. It is easy to get sucked into search engine placement and online leads to the point that we brush off the traditional methods. We all need to do both for sure.

I really like how Quantum mail can help you build your lists, or allow you to upload a custom one. This aids greatly in quickly generating a direct mail marketing campaign.

I'm ready to invest dollars; I just need to devise my mailers. I'm thinking for neighborhood farming, 12 touches with sold/active/pending data would be useful.

Do you guys see more effectiveness with Jumbo postcards, or stick with standard?

I can help you find houses for sale in Houston and also write at this blog dedicated to real estate technology for agents. I originally created this Houston Real Estate site and switched to REW - awesome decision.
