    Default BPO Orders

    Hi all,
thank you for making me feel so welcome to this forum with your emails. I finally got my 1st bpo order today and I am proud to say it is paying decent for drive by $50.00. I missed 2 more from the same company today and was wondering how you all prevent missing them? Also the members stated that some companies BLAST out orders and I as a newbie sound dumb but what & where do you get a blast from? Does it go to your email or do you have to keep checking sites or what. I feel so bad asking this but I am just starting BPO/REo and am willing to learn fast./
You all have been so wonderful with your support and you can count on me to give back if I need to.

You barely wrote anything when you were asked where and how did you get your orders.
Links would be very useful.... I am thinking

    Couple ways to do it.
    1) Have a text message send to your phone every time an order gets sent to your email (Your email provider can forward all emails) all wireless providers have a email to your cell phone example I have t mobile mynumber@tmomail.net
    2) Get a smart phone. (Great for email checking and picking up email orders) Costs a little money.
    3) Have a laptop with a wireless internet card.
    Costs more money.
But if your doing a couple a days it should cover it.
Just watch out for those gas prices. Ouch.

$50 for a BPO? I though they were a lot higher than that. I have one in front of me that another broker did last year. $100!

    Just saw this thread.
We have done many BPO's but lately have not been accepting them (gas and time, we are too busy I guess + they have been all pretty far from us). Some companies e.g. LandAM, sends a blast e-mail, meaning one e-mail to many agents in the same area to fight for the BPO. Whoever clicks on it first gets it. Couple of others do it the same way. Oh, and the prices have gone down, some are really bad (I've heard some that only try to get a way with $15-20 for a drive by, not for me, thanks). Lately, average has been $45-50 bucks. $65-75 for interior. Still too much hassle when it costs $50 to get there are back! ~Rita
