A lot of agents in my office have an old site that failed and want nothing to do with it.. they dumped the site and now stick to the good old RE work...
I think you have to mix them all. Direct mail, website and great seo, calls all day, knocking doors, networking, everything....
So far my website is my biggest lead generator -By far!
In fact the major players in my market have paid good $$ and made top sites to match thier offline success! it's just another avenue in which to bring business![]()
