Time for an overhaul

I was of the mind for a second to leave well enough alone after I shot up in the rankings during the most recent Google update, but it just wouldn't make any sense considering I pretty much hate the current site. Anyway I have signed up for a raw local MLS data feed which gives me access to commercial and rental real estate. I am completely dumping the template site I have been using and I am working out exactly how I want to display all the MLS stuff and keep within the rules. To keep it short....here is where I am at http://www.aaviso.com/newstuff/ ....so far my wife hates the color but is ok with the layout. BTW lest I be called names, I did take the idea for the left menu layout from one of the sites listed right here in this area for review. I did however create it entirely in CSS and dumped the tables.

I like the menu navigation to the side of the menu, and the brown color is nice in my opinion. Everything else looks ok to me.
