    Default Interduction -- New Forum Member

    Im James Barton/ CEO of Barton Financial Group -- we purchase paper assets with private funds and build portfolios for future sales.

    Currently we are only interested in purchasing real estate contracts on both residentail and commercial property, nationwide. We also accept referrals and give 35% as a referral fee after the transaction in finanlized.

    We are also interested in networking and building business relations with those in real estate or finance fields.

    I look forward to being a positive member of this forum and helping others who may need some free advice.

    Welcome to REW, James.
    Money Magazine says that Orland Park real estate is one of the best places to live in the U.S. Check out Homer Glen homes if you're interested in living in the newest Chicago suburb. Next door, Lemont homes are the priciest in the southwest suburbs and have held their value, even appreciating while prices in other areas have gone down.
