One quick thing that bugged me - when clicking on a link for a project, your site goes from left justified to center. IMO - keep this synonymous throughout your whole site. It makes it look like the user went to a different site.

Hi Araahan, here couple of quick observations:
First, I do like the clean, uncluttered feel of the home page.

Now for improvements:
I would add a clear visual concept art to the home page that clearly states what the site is about - an anchor image.

The gif animations are distracting, and they cheapen the brand impression - I would remove them.

There should be a clear communication through layout, navigation and copy what the site is about, and what I can do next. It's not very clear at the moment.

The top nav uses a different font size on hover which makes it distracting, I would keep it consistent, only change color.

The white is too blinding. I agree with Borino, some anchor image would be nice to have on the site. With the rest, I got nothing to complain. It's getting there. Keep it coming.

The only thing that I noticed that I didn't like was when I went to do a search for a property, there is some ad blinking on the lower left side that is going a million miles an hour. It's going so fast I can't even read the text. Looking good though.

The page made me think of homes.com when I first opened it, Not sure it they are even a presence in your area of the world, so that may not be a issue. I found the site to be very clean, almost to clean, I did not get a sense of wanting to stay on the site for very long. I think that you should make all the links in the center of the main page much bolder, and ether make them black, or the traditional blue click-able link.
