How important is it to have original keywords per article in a specific category. If you had an article section where there would be similar articles only differentiated by state, there would be a lot of duplicate keywords. Is this a problem?

If you are refering to the keywords in the metatag then they have absolutely no influence on rankings today.

Can't remember the exact context; but I recently read on Google's site or maybe Cutts blog about over duplication of metatag description. yeah i had this problem for a long time in one of my databases, when i made my programmer change it they all came out of supp and into the index
