I do agree Donna, Print will always get thrown away, ignored etc. while internet marketing is always available 24/7 (as long as hosting companies are up lol) and can be read by anyone anywhere at any given time.

Working for a Startup Real estate company
One media is not really superior to another in an absolute sense.
What makes it superior or inferior is whether it is targeted to your ultimate customer or not.
In order to make the most of your advertising dollars, you need to thoroughly understand the demographics of your buying population.
Where do they hang out?
What do they do for a living?
What are their income levels?
Where do they shop?
How many kids they have?
What is their ethnicity?
How much is their education?
Where can you get their attention?
What you should try to do is create the sketch of your ideal customer. Then decide how you would market to him / her.
That will lead you the effective media you want to advertise on.
Creating synergy between the 2 media is truly the ideal.
I would recommend both. I use www.eliteimage.ca for my print material - they allow me to edit my own materials and they have a fast turnaround time. I have also had alot of success with social media via. facebook, twitter linked in. Both methods build credability.
