Looking for investors/brokers with multiple properties

I am interested in building long term relationships with individuals that have multiple properties. Location is irrelevant. However, if you have a couple that you are looking to get rid of, we would still consider those as well.

Just a brief background: I and my partners are from Provo, Utah and are desiring to expand our business. Right now we are purchasing 20-30 single family residential properties a month (we would also consider condos). We want that to grow to 250 propeties a month by the end of the year. Because we has such a large available resouce of cash and credit. Price isn't an issue. Pending meeting our criteria, we would agree to purchase as many properties that you have with cash at a discount, through a seller finance, or through a lease option/rent-to-own scenario. Price and terms would vary with each opportunity and would be based on the current retail and rental real estate market in the area. Please contact me if you want to learn more.
