    Default Landing Page Info

I know you guys have talked about how the landing page should not be a registration page but do you think it should be different for mortgages? I'm guessing this since a big portion of mortgages searches will probably be to apply for one so why not bring them to the application page. Or should it bring you to a page that tells about the application and who we are with a big link to apply now right on the top of the page? For searches like "mortgage broker colorado" etc. I definitely won't have the landing page be an application. Since that type of search will probably just be looking for general info on which mortgage broke they should use.

I think you should actually focus on both. Your goal is definitely to get people to signup but they wont signup until they have the info about it. I have actually tried both ways...just content and just registration. I found that no one will sign up for anything if they cant understand what it is. So i would try and focus on a landing page that gets to the point about the service you provide and allows the opportunity for them to make the decision to signup or not. This way your campaigns conversion rate can go up by allowing them to sign up online or offline later on.

provide brief information about your company, the service they're applying for, then the form. don't forget to mention what will happen once the form has been submitted.
Bad Credit history not such a problem with mortgages:
mortgages for people with bad credit, bad credit mortgage and IVA mortgage
