Article Got Picked Up By Realtor.org

I'm so excited! One of the articles that I had written on my technology blog got picked up by Realtor.org and they linked me! I'm pretty stoked about this.

I have seen my traffic increase due to this. I just spoke with the author and made sure to thank her, and provide any help should she need any input for future technology articles in the future.

What's the best thing to do with a big site picks up your article? I know to call and thank for sure, but anything else I can do?

But yeah.. it's not enough of a thing for a gift basket, or a thank you card. I think a phone call was just right for it Sending cookies etc make you seem more desperate lol so a simple email correspondence with a phone call will suffice I think.

BTW, did anyone else notice that Ken Smiths blog has an article in it that was also picked up by Realtor.org? It's titled Niche Social Networking and he wrote it way back in October of 2006, yet they still found it!
