Meta Tags for WordPress Blog

How does one add meta tags to user pages and/or specific entries in a WordPress blog? Or is that even possible? Right now every entry and every user page in my WordPress blog has the same default meta tag configuration.

Thanks Steve. I tried the link you provided but it is not working. I tried another meta tag plug in and the plug-in isn't updating my pages. I think I may need to upgrade the WordPress version. I am running v 2.0.7, and thought that would be current enough, but it appears not.

I just re-visited that link and it's working for me. They seem to come out with new versions at a much faster pace than other open source programs I use. This is awesome; but tends to get tedious with having to recheck plugins for compatibility, etc.

This is weird Steve! That link will not open up! As an alternative, I tried this plug-in: http://wp.uberdose.com/2007/03/24/all-in-one-seo-pack/ I installed, activated, and used it, but my meta tags are not changing. Not sure where to turn.

Still won't! I even tried the domain http://www.g-loaded.eu/ and it will not open up. I get the standard "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" message.

Bah; perhaps it's IE. Have you tried to look at it using FF? Can anyone else see the link?
