Thoughts on new site...

I'm the Web Director for a large agent in NC.

Wanted to get everyone's thoughts on the new site I built and we just launched.

Great looking site. Is it custom?

I love the floor plans and lot plat. That's great stuff. Are you creating those for every listing or do they come from the MLS?

One suggestion: I get an error message when I hit the back button on a listing page. I used the quick search on the home page then clicked on a picture of a home, then hit the back button and got the error message that the page is expired.

Hey there - thanks for the words... yeah, I custom built it. For every listing we input we upload the floor plans and the lot maps.

I found that same error this morning, working on it to prevent that!

That is a great site. It is very easy to read and seems to have everything a potential seller and buyer would be looking for. If I was selling a home in Raleigh I would call her.

Nice Site, Not my favorite color choices but that is a individual thing, I like the flash at the top, and that the site seems to be easy to get around in.
