I took 2 minutes to clean it up a bit and this is what I would do (To start) http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/chris.php this is the minimalist approach and working within the constraints of your AA frame. I would be willing to wager the filesize is much smaller as well. (I didnt add any copywriting or SEO which also needs to be done)

I would also define (If AA allows you to) H1-H2-H3 in an external style sheet and implement the SEO that is preached in the tutorial.

Not able to do this as of now with AA.

I didnt do anything to the site, I just posted what I Would do - The site itself is untouched. Basically my suggestions were to get rid of all the unnecessary clutter and reduce the scrolling at the same time. This way the writing is much more accessible as is them main links "featured homes" maps and directions etc and of course Chris's contact info and picture are much more accessible then before.

I like it. Although im the one that put all the useless banners etc on it! i havent been on the forum for a few days so this post is a little late, i have removed some of the banners, I am considering putting the map on a separate page 1 away from the index. I do like the changes, i will try to implement most of them in AA, i do believe i can do most of it. what SEO changes should I make to the site, i read the tutorial and grasped about 25% of it. [think ill have to read it again!] thanks for taking the time to show me what i should be doing.
check the site out, like i said, i removed some of the useless stuff, maybe by the time you get this ill have it all cleaned out. thanks again
