Hey, Lianne has been trying to get me to sign up and I've been to lazy to ask if it's any good. So, in addition to her question of "do you use it", I'd like to add my question: "Does it do anything?". Has anyone closed any sales, increased SEO rankings, got referrals or does it have any other redeeming qualities?

I don't want yet-another-site that I have to maintain and post to. If it makes money, fine; if not, I'd rather do something more productive.
