One thing - the office programs have a round button on the top left hand corner. It doesn't look like a tab, but that is where you access all the commands like save, print, etc.. I had agents asking me how to save and print for a few days.

Microsoft has a bad habit of 'forcing' upgrades when they release new versions - either not providing an upgrade path, or just making items created with new versions flat-out incompatible with items made for the older versions.
Don't blame me, I voted for loonix!
