Text size...I recommend increasing it to 100% and darkening that lite grey to at least #333333 if not black for easier reading.

The agent photo should be raised higher or deleted. It is sitting right on the bottom at 1024x768. Decreasing the logo size as was mentioned would also fix that. Nice website.

Nice looking clean site, I also like the rebate idea something that I will certainly be looking into for mine.

Nice and easy to use, the picture of the meet the team seem to have been squashed to fit inside the box they are put in. Maybe resize the photos in Photo shop to the size of cell they are in. Or what ever method would be best for that.

The light grey text color is a bit to light. Looking at the form fields title on the appraisal page is a little tuff as is the paragraph above.

well good design man .. but i think header is very big...it should be little smaller i guess. just remove the white space between your logo and the top line.
i think it will look better
