Reid Kegel just gave me a call (he's a local Top Producer rep), and he let me know that Top Producer did away with the 150 limit to the market snapshot reports.

GREAT MOVE! I personally may reconsider Market Snapshot now that they did away with this, but I'm sure anyone else considering it will be pleased.

Reid: Thanks for the call. At first I thought you were calling to sell me something, but when you called to give me information that was helpful, that built trust. A++ in my book. Thanks!

possibly TP read this thread. Probably not, thanks for sharing Steve. Are you doing anything similar right now in place of that or just doing things on your own.

Actually, Reid did mention this thread which is why he called me. Vendors take heed of the folks here at REW; we are the technology experts in the industry IMO.

I'm doing things on my own right now; just starting to farm areas with simple market update cards.

Wow, I got a little frustrated when I starting reading this thread and heard of the 150 user limit because I had already signed up and was not made aware of that small detail. Glad to hear that it was abandoned though. I think the system is great but agree that it is probably not very effective for a new Realtor. Works well for past client follow up though.

I agree; it's a tad expensive for newer agents. Though I've been sending out emails to all my clients that have their own snapshot, and they've all given a resounding "I love it".

It's a really cool too, and great that it's automatically updated and resent depending on the frequency you'd prefer.
