A real Scam

I wanted to alert you to a scam attempt I got over the weekend. I got an e-mail from a person overseas looking for some local real estate. We exchanged a couple of e-mails of introduction and search criteria before he settled on a property. He asked me to call him immediately. Since the phone number was out of country, my first suspicion was that it was one of those places that allow huge per minute charges. I had heard of that out of the Caribbean, but this one was located in Africa so I gave him a call. He wanted me to give him bank account info so that he could deposit full payment for the property. In my opinion, his intent was to clean out the account rather than put money in. Just a heads up to other out there that this one is going on.

Ray- Thats crazy.... Last week I had call and they said they were from amaerican express and wanted my checking account number and pin... I called on my account and they had no record of any call..Whats this world coming...

Paypal scammers do that all the time too, never reply to an email that says, dear paypal user
