Links with Nofollows, still showing up on.....

I have noticed that I have a few links on http://www.iwebtool.com/backlink_checker showing up as PR4 and PR5 which if I look at the place where my link is on their site firefox shows the link as having a nofollow on it. Is the above tool not accureate at showing back links or is it that firefox is not so accurate at showing such things in some cases??

Even with a nofollow, websites still "link" to you, what the nofollow removes is the credit given to the link in terms of the algorithm.

ok, so in that tool it is still showing that there is a pr5 link back to you, but your not getting any of that, is that what you are saying?

nofollow is an HTML attribute value used to instruct search engines that a hyperlink should not influence the link target's ranking in the search engine's index. It is intended to reduce the effectiveness of certain types of spamdexing, thereby improving the quality of search engine results and preventing spamdexing from occurring in the first place. Google announced in early 2005 that hyperlinks with rel="nofollow" attribute would not influence the link target's PageRank. In addition, the Yahoo and MSN search engines also respect this tag.

Am I missing something? I went to the link checker site and any site I put in shows 0 back links. I tried the usual formats. Is it just down for a bit?

not at all, you are safe to do that. All its going to tell Google is not to go to those websites and that you are not voting for them. The links will be 100% functional.
