I have a very strange issue with my new site. My index page has a PR 2 and the majority of my remaining pages have PR 4. What is so strange about this is each of my pages have a link back to my index page, I link primarily to my index page, and based on everything I know about page rank that page should be higher then or at least equal to my inner pages.
