    Default Odd Google Phenomenon

Has anyone here ever taken the time to look through all of the Google results for their keywords? To be a bit more clear, have you looked beyond page 3 or 4 of the results.? I recently looked through all 79 pages generated for the search term Maui Real Estate. I found some interesting phenomenon occuring. The most peculiar of which occurred when you got to page 40. From roughly page 40 through 60 you started to get heavy doses of repeated results. For example, my broker's front page repeated 3 times over a span of 3 pages. Almost all of the sites located on those 3 pages are repeated 3 times as well. Once you get the first set of repeated sites, you have another group of about ten sites that are repeated in the rankings 3 times. This raises a few questions. 1)Am I becoming a bit obsessive about Google Ranking? 2)Do I have too much time on my hands? and the questions most relevant to this forum 3)Has anyone else observed this phenomenon? 4)Is this indicative of some sort of glitch in Google's algorithims?

    Just curious.

Sorry Mauirealestatepete, just trying to interject some levity. It's an interesting question though.

Glad to see that there is a consensus that I am becoming obsessive

mauirealestate: Thanks for taking it in stride and welcome to the forums. In truth there is much to be learned by reading between the lines, and this rarely occurs without a healthy obsession.
