is anyone of you using www.netscape.com to get your stories dugg?
I see Gii.in on the front page, very interesting approach... are there any approximate traffic numbers of what you can receive?
Not quite sure about the traffic, but with it being netscape, it must be huge. I know though that some people use it just like myspace, where they add a lot of friends and vote a lot of stories and then their profile becomes a PR6. My question is if this is something recommendable to spend time on when you have a real estate related site.

If you comment, vote on channels like realestate.netscape.com, money.netscape.com. Network with friends that have similar interests.
Set a bio "I'm a realtor from xx, I've been selling real estate for 5 years, blabla... my blog is here". You'll get a strong, themed link. That is valuable for seo. Maybe some traffic...
And it doesn't hurt if you link your profile from your blog or lense.
I am going to try out Netscape right now, anybody wants to vote for me?![]()
