Any programs with Action Plans Like TopProducer 7i?

I am fed up with Top Producer... mainly because my mail doesn't go through, but also...

• It is web-based. Not a killer, but slows things down.
• It is on AOL/Yahoo spam lists. Pointless since a large percentage of my users are AOL/Yahoo.
• It's $40/mo or so. And that's the BASE version.

I'm okay with web-based, but I'd like a program that definitely has Action Plans where an email goes out every x days to each contact... individually.

I am running Vista w/ Outlook 2007, so EurekaWare won't work.

Please help!

My tech guy at the office raves about the business contact manager component for Outlook. Have you tried that?

He was showing it to me the other day, and he showed me marketing plans that you could initiate and add multiple contacts to the marketing plans. I'd imagine that you could coordinate those plans with merged documents in Word to create mail outs or with emails somehow. Not too sure - no personal experience.

xsellerate for like 100 bucks one time fee will do it for you. Its kinda cool cause you buy a domain name and it sends the mail from your domain name. So like you could do Drew@ImSoDamnCool.com or whatever.

http://www.eurekaware.com/ I'm like a broken record about this company, but I use it and love it. $89. It's a plugin to Outlook (I use Office 2003). It has all the features Top Producer has but since it sends out the emails from the program it's a "real" email from a "real" sender. It does action plans, they call it Campaigns. You can set up the same way Top Producer is. I used to use Top Producer and pretty much mirrored/copied the action plans and put them into Eurekaware.

Yeah, I wish EurekaWare worked on Outlook 2007 / Vista. Of course for what I'm paying for Top Producer, I could buy WinXP and a new computer in a few months.

Still waiting on REW to build theirs.

check out www.360agent.com. I've used it at a previous firm and was pretty impressed. It is web based, but I liked it a lot better than Top Producer.
