Default Google cam ein Last in Privacy International Rankings

Found an article here but it doesnt say much:
    http://www.itnews.com.au/newsstory.a...&src=site-marq

Saw it on the morning news this morning too, apparently Google Security which they rave about really is not that secure, and was ranked as the least secure of all the internet Giants. Is it true? Or is it MSN Favoritism which google claims? Anyone find any better articles about this?

Googles technology is so great and vast, this was bound to happen. They must limit their privacy filters for the "greater good" of information.

Yeah, I was going to mention Mr. Cutts but you beat me to it. His blog was the first place I read about this. I think the point that PI is making is not that Google is necessarily doing anything bad with your private data, just that they collect A LOT of data and the potential privacy ramifications are pretty bad.

Of course, users have the ability to limit the information they allow Google to gather by not using the tools they offer. I think PI makes a good point (just because Google has the ability to gather A TON of information) but I am more concerned about ISP's and other companies that gather and sell more personal data than my search history and the other generic data that Google has.
