Report this guy on active rain for spamming, He makes me Sick

I dont know but he is in my local market , I am surpised that Msn doesnt catch him also. On most long tail terms right below me he has the next 10 or so. Atleast he is below me lol

I've done my fair share of spamming in the past, but only on throw-away domains. I can't believe how many Realtors spam on pages that include their name and phone number. Don't they realize their clients may see this crap. It's not like you can throw away your own name.

I think that the public looking at a profile like his does not realize that it is not a good thing and as such they don't care. Just my take on it.

I disagree. The public doesn't know about web spam but they know crappy marketing when they see it and they would assume he does the same crappy marketing on his listing fliers, etc. It's just not good for his image.

I think you may be taking for granted that he even knows what he is doing is wrong. Maybe someone should point it out to him and see how he reacts.
