I ended up using Quantum as well. I'm on my second mail out since my budgeting for lead generation expenses, no response yet but I'm pretty excited. I'm hitting about .54 a piece for jumbo.

I can help you find houses for sale in Houston and also write at this blog dedicated to real estate technology for agents. I originally created this Houston Real Estate site and switched to REW - awesome decision.

If it is of any help I posted a few ideas on my marketing blog at http://themarketingguy.wordpress.com...ostcard-ideas/.
There are a lot of other ideas for the taking posted under Direct Mail and Postcard marketing.

I agree with Brandon.
You really have to determine what the postcard is supposed to do for you before you can figure out what template to use. For example, is it just institutional advertising to increase brand awareness? Is it direct response marketing to solicit a direct response such as a phone call to you or a visit to your website where you can capture them as a lead?
To be honest, if you use direct response stuff - I'd make sure I used a proven template. As far as institutional advertising I'm not sure there's any wrong way to do that.
Just my $.02

I put together an e-book of great and not so good direct mail examples. PM and I'll send you a copy.

As generic as it is, i love vistaprint, really good pricing and nice quality, but most importantly easy to use and i get what I want.
