    Default Lost Link Pages

All my link exchange pages lost their PR and some aren't even indexed (in google) anymore. They are only 2 clicks from the homepage.

Since I haven't dropped in serps, I guess it's not a huge deal... but I feel bad for the sites I've exchanged links with. Some of my link pages used to have a PR3. Now they are zeros.

Some time ago, I re-designed the link pages so they wouldn't be spammy (i.e. http://www.finecoastalliving.com/scentral.php). I guess that was a waste of time.

Has anyone else experienced this? Should I be worried? Is this a precursor to anything else? Thx.

I wouldn't feel bad, your link partners have probably experienced similar changes on their sites.

With all of the talk about devaluation of reciprocal links, and the removal of link pages it may not matter much either way. I don't think it is a precursor to anything.

Melody, I see you don't have state pages which most have removed after the recent Google penalties but what I think is happening is that your recip pages are going into Google's supplemental results. Before I removed my state pages I cleaned my recip links of all supplemental results from other partners. I am one who feels that the supp. results do not pass on much, if anything, to the sites you're linking to.
Money Magazine says that Orland Park real estate is one of the best places to live in the U.S. Check out Homer Glen homes if you're interested in living in the newest Chicago suburb. Next door, Lemont homes are the priciest in the southwest suburbs and have held their value, even appreciating while prices in other areas have gone down.
