Why in US it does not work???

I'm searching for a help to advertise Houzar.com
We have a good budget; my target are Realtors, real estate agents and agencies in US; we've tried with an opt-in email agency from Florida but we had very very bad results... The same with AdWords. Can anyone recommend me a good source/agency/other for this?

In our twin Italian website URL Removed we already have more than 24.000 real estate listings...

Houzar.com does not convert and we don't understand the reason... Why american Relators and homehowners do not use it?

Someone has not done their market research. The European real estate and property rental market is very different from North America.

Your site appears to be primarily a FSBO site, which real estate agents will never post their listings to. We have other means (MLS, IDX, RETS) to get our listings out to lots of other real estate sites, all automatically.

FSBO sellers have had access to many other well-established free advertising sites for a long time, including craigslist, so they don't really need another one.

Resort rental sites have also been around for a long time, and many resort rental properties have their own web sites these days, so again, little or no demand for what your site is trying to do.

Bottom line: I think your site is trying to address a market that just doesn't exist here, so no amount of advertising will help.

Thank you very much Ron for your post, we wouldn't ever image a similar situation... it has been a good lesson for our next websites, in other countries (probably in Europe this time... :-) ).

Anyway for URL removed we'll mainly point our attention to homeowners, cause another free website where advertise my home is another possible way to reach my goal...
