I'm trying to figure this out myself. I have a network of websites that I'm using to link with other people and I have changed the title, description, intro paragraph and closing paragraph for each page, but the links are all the same text and order.....so far my sites are doing excellent in MSN and are starting to pick up in Google's recent update as well as Yahoo.

If they were on blank pages with close titles, IMHO - yeah could very well get dup content, BUT if you have two completely different pages that just have the same links and the pages are different in coding and style, it would be harder for them to call it dup content because the "majority" of the page is different.
