    Default Links and duplicate content

If you have two websites and the same backlinks on both sites, do you think this would be considered duplicate content?

Other order of links, other title and description... IMHO no.

I'm trying to figure this out myself. I have a network of websites that I'm using to link with other people and I have changed the title, description, intro paragraph and closing paragraph for each page, but the links are all the same text and order.....so far my sites are doing excellent in MSN and are starting to pick up in Google's recent update as well as Yahoo.

you can see a couple of my sites at:

    La Jolla homes for sale
    Mira mesa real estate

Absolutely not. Unless the content is the same.

If they were on blank pages with close titles, IMHO - yeah could very well get dup content, BUT if you have two completely different pages that just have the same links and the pages are different in coding and style, it would be harder for them to call it dup content because the "majority" of the page is different.

Try one of the tools that ResaleBroker pointed out on the two links pages:
    similar page checker
Search Homes for Sale in SAN DIEGO and other San Diego Real Estate via the San Diego MLS.
