I get a server error when I click on your link.
Apparently more intermittent AA server issues.
It's working again. I look forward to your critiques to help me improve my site, and hopefully generate more leads. Thanks in advance.

Looks good. I like how the body of your homepage is an extended version of your top navigation bar with good internal linking. None of the IDX functions were working for me (property search, featured property,etc..). Not sure if I like the color blendsI would definately make the property search button more prominent and towards the top of the page.
Thank you. I appreciate the feedback. Any suggestions regarding colors?
I'm not one to complain much, but I'm starting to get irritated about the searches not working. There have been other AA issues too. My husband is on the AA forum and takes care of his questions there, but the search issue is unacceptable, and I think I need to start paying more attention. I've been very happy with them until recently, so maybe things will improve.

Lots of information on your site. I agree with the previous post about good internal linking. I am not a fan of scrolling down such a long page of information, though. As I scrolled it seemed a little too 'busy' to me. It wasn't until the second pass through that I recognized your pattern of internal linking. At first I was a bit overwhelmed. Once I understood the layout, it was intuitive to find what I was looking for, but my opinion is that many people will move on to the next website on their search results without giving a second look if it is not intuitive from the first glance.
You might consider labeling the Sacramento Nakomas Crossing listing more clearly as a "Featured Listing." As for colors - the red text at the bottom, the red and black featured listing button, and the red mortgage chart do not appeal to me. I would prefer to see the shades of blue and teal used carried through in these items. The red price tag on the feratured listing does not bother me as much but I can't give a good explanation for why.
Good luck with your site!
This might have something to do with them being sold - seems like they have a lot more technical and CS issues lately - hopefully they are able to get it worked out.
I've been very happy with them until recently, so maybe things will improve.
Starting LEC 7 soon but it won't be called LEC 7 - LEC 2012 coming soon!
I liked the look of the site. The button, text & photo flowed well together. I do not like the length of the page. I just kept scrolling and scolling and scrolling. I suspect that items at the bottom will be generaly lost.

Thanks. I changed the red text at the bottom of the page. You're right...it did look funny. The mortgage chart changes colors daily, so I'll leave that alone.
