I use http://www.statcounter.com/
Free. It doesn't store a lot of information but if you check it everyday, it is effective. I use this because my server logs don't store a lot of information.
Another alternative is http://www.weblogexpert.com/
if your server actually keeps good logs.
Another good one(cheap ~$50) for those crappy server logs is Web Log Explorer. It's kind of an Excel/Access-type GUI; I like the way you can sort key phrases in alphabetical order, hits, etc. by clicking on a column heading like a DB.if your server actually keeps good logs
If you want to spend some dough, ClickTracks will change the way you look at internal anchor & linking--change the anchor or link placement on the page and see how your users respond via click-thru percentages. It's picky though; be sure it works on your log format before you plunk down $500 plus. PPC analyses look cool...

btw, the SQL query stuff in Deep Log Analyzer looks interesting. Scroll down to the sql statement screenshot: http://www.deep-software.com/screenshots.asp

The Webalizer and the AWstats should be free. Check sourceforge*net or search for them in google.
I have been using the AWStats that came free with the Cpanel.
for free stats awstats is one of the better ones, for pay stats urchin (What we use) hitslink (Many of my high end clients use) and sawmill.net are all great.
I think for a realtors needs awstats should suffice
Starting LEC 7 soon but it won't be called LEC 7 - LEC 2012 coming soon!
