First, I would like to say that I came into real estate web design via programming with Yahoo in their City Scapes and Maps department. I thought I knew a bunch about building a RE site and thought I knew a bunch about SEO in the RE world. I thought taking over the AgentSource site would be a breeze...turns out, I did not know squat. So with that said, I have taken your recommendations and broken apart our links pages into separate pages and added them to the front page so all of our partners are (1) click from our index page.

I would not have all links pages linked off the main page, create a directory index page and then link tothem from there, it will effect your rankings to ahve all those links on the homepage

Rob, you might consider:

• Redirecting www.agentsource.com/index.php to www.agentsource.com/ especially since you have links to both versions.

• Redirecting the Non-WWW version of your domain to the WWW version or vice versa.

• Placing "AgentSouce.com" at the end of your "Titles" instead of the beginning, if at all.

• Reading this SEO Tutorial.

• Reducing the page size on your home page. It is currently 310460 bytes.

• Cleaning up some of your code. There are currently 298 errors.

Thank you both, I just wanted to explain why we put the links on the index page:

We wanted to be sure that our link partners got credit for having their link (1) click from our index page.

We also followed the lead of this site: http://www.jimolenbush.com/ he has links on his index page and it didn't seem to hurt his GPR.

Have you checked the PR of those pages? They are PR3 off a PR6 home page.

Most likely, none of your link partners past the 101k mark got any credit at all.
